Getting Started
Every prospective buyer must take the following steps before he or she can own and operate a Tutorium Inc. Business.
1. Application
Every prospective buyer must fill out and fax an Appllication Form. This does not obligate you in any way but provides us with information required to determine if you qualify to buy this business. Receive a phone call from Director of Business Development to answer any questions you may have.
2. Going Ahead
If you decide to continue the process, Tutorium Inc. will fax you an Offer to Purchase (for the initial deposit) and a Purchase Agreement (for the balance of payment). Review both the Agreements and prepare a list of items you wish to have clarified. Talk with Tutorium Inc. Director to answer any further questions you may have.
3. Sign and Return Contract
Return completed and signed Offer to Purchase with deposit.
4. Training
Arrange a time to start the training. Meet with Tutorium Inc. Director to sign Purchase Agreement and pay balance owing. There will be a 3- 4 day training program. This will cover all aspects of the tutoring service, including software and management training.
5. Open Your Business
Open your tutoring business.
6. Support
During the first year of business, a toll free number is available for free software and management assistance. Thereafter, if requested, support will be available for a nominal, annual fee.
