It is not necessary to have an educational background. Tutorium Inc. business owners should be self-motivated and able to provide top notch service to customers.

2. What size of Territory will Tutorium Inc. provide?
Tutorium Inc. will provide you with a territory of 200,000 population. That means that there will not be a Tutorium Inc. business within that population size in your area. We feel that it is important to draw on a large population in order to have a profitable business.

3. What type of training does Tutorium Inc. provide?
Tutorium Inc. provides individual training either in the convenience of your home or at a convenient location for no additional charge. Operating a successful tutoring service takes more than just having good tutors. We will provide you with specialized software that will allow you to run all aspects of the business no matter how many students or tutors you have. Also we will spend 3-4 days with you going over all aspects of advertising, how to deal with new customers on the telephone, interviewing and hiring tutors, maintaining the day-to-day information, accounting/bookkeeping and all other pertinent information you will need.

4. Are tutors contractors or employees?
All tutors are independent contractors. Tutorium Inc. will provide you with the appropriate agreements and guidelines to maintain contractor status.

5. How much capital will I initially need?
In addition to the business fee, we recommend having an additional $2,500.00 to
$3,500.00 (U.S.) for advertising, promotions, equipment and working capital.

6. Can I operate my tutoring business from home?
Absolutely! There is no need to hire office space. Our program is designed to work in your own home. Tutoring services are offered in the student's home. Potential tutor interviews are scheduled at your convenience in your home-based office.

7. How do I get started?
Fill in the Express Information Form on the website. Upon receipt of the Information form, you will be contacted by someone from the Business Development Department of Tutorium Inc.
